Manage Your Subscriptions

You can view and manage your subscriptions from your account. Here’s what you can do:

  • Edit or add payment details
  • Modify the shipping address
  • Pause or cancel your subscription
  • Review product and subscription details
  • View or skip upcoming orders
  • View past orders
  1. Confirmation at Checkout

Subscription details are displayed during the checkout process. You must agree to the cancellation policy terms to confirm that you understand you're purchasing a subscription.

  1. Subscription Management

You can log in to your account to view and manage your subscription orders. Actions you can take include resuming, skipping, or canceling your subscriptions, and managing your payment methods and shipping address.

  1. Customer Account Access

You can access your account in the following ways:

  • Log in from the store's navigation (available if your account is activated).
  • Click "Manage your subscription" from automated subscription email notifications.
  • Or access through this link: Manage Your Subscription

To log in, enter your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to your email. No password is required.

  1. View Subscriptions

When logged in, you can manage your subscriptions from the Subscriptions tab. Use the "Manage subscription" drop-down menu for quick actions like viewing details, skipping your next order, or pausing/resuming your subscription.

  1. View Past Orders

Steps:

  • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
  • Click the subscription with past orders you want to view.
  • Under Past Orders, click View.
  1. Edit Payment Information

    Steps:

    • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
    • Click the subscription with the payment information you want to edit.
    • Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Payment.
    • In the Replace Payment Method dialog, select a payment method.
    • Optional: To add a new payment method, click Edit, then under Payment Methods, click Add to add a new credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
    • Click Save.
      1. Edit Shipping Address

      Steps:

      • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
      • Click the subscription with the shipping address you want to edit.
      • Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Shipping Address.
      • In the Edit Shipping Address dialog, make changes to the shipping address.
      • Click Save.
        1. Skip Upcoming Order

        Steps:

        • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
        • Click the subscription you want to skip.
        • Under Upcoming Order, click Skip.
        • In the Skip Next Order dialog, click Skip to confirm.
        • Optional: Click Skip again to skip additional upcoming orders.
        • Click X to return to your account. A "Next order skipped" banner confirms your next order has been skipped.
          1. Pause Subscription

          Pausing a subscription is effective immediately. You won’t receive any further charges or upcoming orders. You can resume your subscriptions at any time.

          Steps:

          • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
          • Click the subscription you want to pause.
          • Under Overview, click Pause Subscription.
          • Click Pause Subscription to confirm. A "Subscription paused" banner confirms your subscription is paused.
            1. Resume Subscription

            Steps:

            • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
            • Click the subscription you want to resume.
            • Under Overview, click Resume Subscription.
            • In the Resume Subscription dialog, click Continue. A "Subscription resumed" banner confirms your subscription is resumed.
              1. Cancel Subscription

              If you cancel your subscription, billing and delivery end immediately. Canceling a subscription cannot be undone. If you want to temporarily stop receiving orders, you can pause your subscription instead.

              Steps:

              • Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
              • Click the subscription you want to cancel.
              • Under Overview, click Cancel Subscription.

                In the Cancel Subscription dialog, click Cancel Subscription to confirm. A "Subscription canceled" banner confirms your subscription is canceled.

                12. Exceptional Refund

                Due to the nature of digital items, subscription content that has been sent is not eligible for a refund.

                However, if you receive duplicate content from your subscription due to prior purchases of other digital items from BAFDI, please contact us with proof of purchase to request a refund for the duplicated part of the content.
