Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Tangible Items:
    • Tangible items are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receipt.
    • To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aureatoir.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
    • Approved returns should be sent to our customer center in France.
  2. Intangible Items:
    • Intangible items (digital downloads) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are considered fully consumed upon purchase.
    • Digital Download subscriptions are considered intangible items, and the refund policy for intangible items applies. For more details, refer to the "Manage Your Subscriptions" page.
  3. Print-on-Demand Items (Exclusive Collection):
    • Print-on-demand items are produced only upon order and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    • However, if a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, BAFDI offers a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing a clear photo of the issue via email or the contact form on our website.

Inspection and Refund Process:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
